Possible reasons: 1. there is something wrong with setup of browser, and one failed to put portal into reliable websites. 2. There is something wrong with certificate, and one fails to import digital campus website certificate

Solution: refer to the following processing instructions

Add reliable website as well as import certificate

Add portal as reliable website

Choose among IE browsing toolbar “Tool” and “Internet Options”.

In a opened dialog box, select “Security” tab, click “Reliable Website”, and click “Website”.

In the list of reliable websites popped up, and add http://menhu.cufe.edu.cn/ as a reliable website. After adding, click “Cloze” to go to previous page. In the frame of “This Region Safety Level” on previous page, click “Default Safety Level”, set it up to “Low”, and click “APP”.

The ultimate setup page is illustrated like the above picture.

Attention: before adding, first untick the option box like the following picture, and then add smoothly.

Import certificate

After clicking “Import Certificate” in portal login interface, browser pops up a n alert box of “File Download”.

After clicking “Open”, a dialog box is popped up to install certificate

Click “Install Certificate”. According to the cues, click “Next” until “Finished”, and a safety warning window pops up.

Click “Yes”, an alert box pops up suggesting successful import, and finish certificate import.
