Possible reasons: 1. there issomethingwrong with setup of browser, and one failed to put portal intoreliablewebsites. 2.There is something wrong with certificate, and one fails to import digital campus website certificate
Solution: refer to the following processing instructions
Add reliable website as well as import certificate
Add portal as reliable website
Choose among IE browsing toolbar“Tool”and“Internet Options”.
In a opened dialog box, select“Security”tab, click“Reliable Website”, and click“Website”.
In the list of reliable websites popped up, and addhttp://menhu.cufe.edu.cn/as a reliable website.After adding, click“Cloze”to go to previous page.In theframe of“This Region Safety Level”on previous page, click“Default Safety Level”, set it up to“Low”, and click“APP”.

Attention: before adding, first untick the option box like the following picture, and then add smoothly.
Afterclicking“Import Certificate”in portal login interface, browser pops up a n alert box of“File Download”.
After clicking“Open”, a dialog box is popped up to install certificate.
Click“Install Certificate”.According to the cues, click“Next”until“Finished”, and a safety warning window pops up.
Click“Yes”, an alert box pops up suggesting successful import, and finishcertificateimport.
