Digitalization Bureau

Our duties are to carefully carry out the work deployment about informationization construction from superior departments such as Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipality, guide and advance the construction and application of informationization at our university, study the developments of informationization and the application of cutting-edge technology in educational fields such as colleges and universities, implement the development plans and long-term mechanisms of informationization construction and its application at the university, formulate and institute relevant standards and paradigms of informationization construction, build a school-wide reciprocity system of information resources, plan and coordinate the overall construction of campus informationization, take charge of construction, management, maintenance and upgrade of general information systems which can be applied school-wide such as Online Service Hall, Mobile Campus, Enterprise Mailbox, and be responsible for school-wide informationization training and the promotion and training of relevant systems.

Network Bureau

Our duties are to take charge of the plan, construction, operation and maintenance of school-wide campus network and one-card pass, and be responsible for user-oriented service work in network, digitalization and one-card pass, including field support, door-to-door service, online handling, support service of fault calls of network and one-card pass.

Tech Bureau for Classrooms and Conferences

Our duties involve the planning, designing, construction, management and maintenance of audiovisual environment in public multimedia classrooms, conferences, lecture halls and sport stadiums. Our duties also involve the construction, management, maintenance and use of interior and exterior information issuing screens. Field tech support and maintenance are needed when important meeting and major events are held at the university. We are responsible for technical study, stage design and running service of modernized teaching environment at the university. We also take charge of modern educational application training sessions.

Resources Center

Our duties are to coordinate and develop teaching videos for the sake of resource sharing lectures. Our duties also involve day-to-day maintenance of online teaching and resource platform, use training and its tech support, day-to-day maintenance, use training and tech support of recording and broadcasting venues such as recording and broadcasting classrooms, promotion of the generation and application of digital teaching resources and its relevant research and training, and planning and construction, applied research and popularization of new teaching resource environment.

Our duties are to plan, coordinate, design and manage school-wide lab resources, take charge of the construction of lab teaching and research environment and its implementation, be responsible for the tech maintenance of labs and its use management, assist in carrying out evaluation and construction of lab centers at national, provincial and ministerial levels, launch forward-looking studies in lab environment construction, introduce new technology and new ideas, promote teaching and research innovations through environmental innovations.

Data Center

Our duties are to take charge of planning, construction, systematic operation and maintenance of school-wide cloud platforms, examination, approval, construction, systematic operation and maintenance of virtual server and virtual desktop applications, day-to-day operation and maintenance of school-wide storage hardware as well as unified management and use of storage resources, and be responsible for disaster recovery of cloud platforms at the university.
