The method to read MAC address and IP address

For Win2000, WinXP and Win2003, the method to acquire MAC address:

Click “Start” on the desktop, click then “Operate” and enter “cmd” as the following picture

Click “Confirm”, and enter ipconfig/all as the following picture

In a newly opened window in the seventh bottom line, 6-digit combination of letters **-**-**-**-**-** is the MAC address for your computer.

Click right “Local Connection”, click again “Attribute” as the following picture:

Click and select “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”, click “Attribute” as the following picture

In the above picture, you enter the stipulated IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and first DNS server according to requirements.
