The school will launch human facial recognition channel machine systems to fully get ready for Covid-19 prevention and control work, effectively reduce crowd gatherings, stop the spread of this pandemic, safeguard the safety and health of teachers and students in our entire school, and better reinforce the management of entry and exit of teachers and students. Photos of teachers and students need to be collected for campus access authentication. Departments at all levels cooperate to collect human faces and upload them according to requirements.
Collecting methods are as follows:
Method 1: enterprise number automatically collects
Start we-chat, and follow enterprise number of CUFE Information Service
Locate the app of Human Faces Collection, click and enter the collection page.
Click and take a photo. To improve recognition, please comb hair behind ears, take off glasses and caps, and take a frontal photo. With human pixels not lower than 200*200 in the photo and photo background being simple, be sure not to use ID photo or beauty photo. Nor can you use cellphone to take a picture of a previous photo. Photos cannot be taken in strong sunlight or in dark environment.
Confirm after the photo has been successfully uploaded, and a message of “Uploading Successful” will appear in the interface. Upon school’s completion of scrutiny, you may smoothly experience entry and exit by swiping face.
Method 2: QR code collection
Please use we-chat or browser to scan QR code of Human Image Self-service Collection, and then enter collection page to upload photo.

In the process of human face collection, if there is an error warning of “Uploaded Picture Inconsistent with Original Photo”, please click the link https://ehall.cufe.edu.cn/v2/matter/m_detail?id=516, then you need to apply to change human face to upload a new photo through online business hall.
Replacement collection and collection under another name are forbidden, or else these situations will cause hundreds of people unable to enter or exit the campus.
