Initial password: 8-digit birthday number on ID card (If not successful, try 00000000 to log on). When you first successfully log on, be sure to change password.

The password of campus portal is very important. If you change campus portal password, you accidentally forget the password, you may retrieve the password through the following ways:

Automatic retrieval of password

Through login interface in campus portal, click the link “Retrieval of password” to reset password. You may choose among three ways “Problem Recovery”, “Mailbox Recovery” and “Cellphone Recovery”

Manual Resetting

You bring one-card pass to reset password in Campus User Service Center.
