Recently, some of teachers and students reflected that CUFE enterprise mailbox sometimes miss receiving some important emails. Cases being verified, this problem is largely caused by the fact that some emails are intercepted by anti-spam email system in Tencent enterprise mailbox. Currently, Tencent enterprise mailbox filters automatically information according to email types and accounts of receiving and sending, irrespective of region or area. Do not worry about this problem. Especially when some following situations happen, mails can be automatically intercepted by the system.

A high frequency of sending mails in the current account

The sender’s IP is suspected of super mass transmission.

Mails sent are diagnosed with spam mail.

To avoid missing receiving important mails and retrieve intercepted mails, you may try some of the following methods:

Establish a white list

Teachers and students establish a white list to blacklist email addresses that are unwelcome; add email addresses intercepted as a white list.

About setup, log onto the webpage of Tencent enterprise mailbox. Click consecutively “Setup”, “Anti-spam”, add email addressed under the title of “White List” and “Black List” like the following picture:

To avoid missing important mails, be sure to start intercepting notice and find emails intercepted in time.

Setup method: log onto the webpage of Tencent enterprise mailbox, click consecutively “Setup”, Anti-spam”, and set “Notice of Mails Intercepted” as “Start”. “Frequency of Notice” is recommended to set up every day like the following picture:

Retrieve Intercepted Mails

If mails are missed, or intercepting notices are received, you may try to retrieve mails.

Ways of Retrieval: log onto the webpage of Tencent enterprise mailbox, click consecutively “Automatic Inquiry”, “Query of Receiving Mails”, “Mails Intercepted” and “Retrieval”. Then intercepted mails go automatically back to inbox. At the same time, you may click “Add to White List” to add other addresses to white list like the following picture:

If you have not found mails, you may click “I cannot receive mails. I want to complain” to file a complaint.
