Campus Elf is an intelligent service system integrating smart Q&A and smiling service, supporting school-wide teachers and students to consult ordinary inquires and Q&A 24 hours a day. Campus Elf has been deployed into every platform. You are welcome to study selectively with this system.

We-chat mini-app

Scan the following QR code, use portal account and password, and enter.

User’s name: student number / job number

Password: consistent with portal password (If you have not logged onto the portal, initial password is 8-digit birthday number or 00000000 to enter.

CUFE Information Service Enterprise Number / Enterprise we-chat

Follow CUFE Information Service Enterprise Number / Enterprise we-chat, complete authentication, find subsequently in the list of apps Campus Elf, and click use it. There is no need to log on again. (If you have followed us, you may find Campus Elf in the list of apps.)

Mobile CUFE APP

Log onto Mobile CUFE APP, click Voice button in the homepage of the bottom menu, and then start Campus Elf.

For questions like how to log onto the portal, how to use CUFE Mailbox, how to use CUFE Cloud Drive and detailed instructions of campus network, how to log onto VPN, how to teach online, all of them can directly go to “Campus Elf”.

Freshmen Welcome and Check-in Relevant Services

For check-in time and place, the materials to prepare before leaving for school, and the procedures to go through upon arrival, one can get answers through “Campus Elf”.

Dormitory and Logistics Relevant Services

For janitors’ contacts, access car time, dorm rules and regulations, dorm repairs, Campus Elf answers your questions.

Regulations Helper

You may look up regulations such as student status, prize and punishment, and student aid and loan.

Smiling Service

Through a smart extraction of current date, Campus Elf quickly releases quickly the apps which caters to the needs of teachers and students on short notice.

You may also check office telephones, one-car pass balance, class schedule, salary and finances, and book borrowing and reading

Micro-application

A seamless abut is combined with current services to make it easier to visit. Shuffle bus, one-card pass, campus activity, OA Mobile Office, and available classrooms.

Every search result can be liked and saved according to whether this result is satisfactory or whether this result needs feedback. If you have not found the desired result, you may click “Unsolved” or “Desired Contents not Found” to raise questions, and there will be administers answer your questions. (This function is limited only to Smart Campus service. In the future, it will be enriched and more services will be included.

On the left menu bar, you may look over the responses from the administrators and collected contents.

No man is wise at all time. Campus Elf is constantly building and improving, a question tank is constantly upgrading, and teachers and students are welcome to experience and advise a lot. All departments are also welcome to participate in the upgrading of Campus Elf so as to provide school-wide teachers and students with a more convenient service.
