To fully and accurately prepare for pandemic-related prevention and control work against Covid—19, implement school’s requirement of its faculty and staff “not to leave home” and “not to return to school”, ensure with our might the safety and well-being of all the teachers and students in our school, and better meet the needs of informationization services from teachers and students, our department readily take advantage of informationization methods, give play to effective and convenient characteristics of “One-stop Online Business Hall”, assist in organizing newly online services “Leaders and Cadres Daily Theory Study Online Sheet”, “Intermediate Leadership Team Annual Work Summary Online Submission” and “Intermediate Leaders Work Report and Report on Corruption Online Submission” . These services which go online within 1 week receive a hundred handlings and visits near 1000. These services are applauded widely by faculty and staff. With school leaders playing great emphases and all functional departments closely cooperating, our school’s online “One-stop Online Business Hall” is officially launched on Sep 18, 2018. Drawing on this, our school launched a phase-2 upgraded project in May, 2019 to further optimize system functions, expand service categories, and embark on an in-depth integration which aims at trans-department services characterized by “Heavy Workload, Travel More, and Complex Procedures”. For example, the flow diagram of scientific research fees management, heeded much by teachers, very much revolve around two major systems of finance and research. We therefore go online many procedures such as “Scientific Research Financial Data One-key Inquiry”, “Receipt Claim” (Vertical Scientific Research Project), “Pre-borrowed Invoice” (scientific fees), “Receipt (Project Establishment) Claim” (pre-borrowed invoice), “Receipt (Project Establishment) Claim” (without pre-borrowed invoice), “Scientific Project Budget Adjustment”, and “Scientific Fees Transference Approval”. We also provide functions of a historical data inquiry, automatic form-filling, data transference saved in archives after approval, and automatic processing of transferred data, thus achieving one-key handling of research and finance.

Various affairs of teachers and students can be processed online. The procedures of service are apparent to the eye: click corresponding service icon, a “Service Instruction Page” will be popped up to ensure users to see filling instruction at first sight, and information such as “Applicant Range”, “Handling Process Diagram”, “Procedure Instruction”, and “Contacts” is all available. The process diagram adopts a “Graphic Display”; approval departments and handling procedures one has to experience are everything in a glance, open and transparent.

To handle real-time tracking

Check in real time the progress of things to do: the approver and the applicant may check the progress of this affair in real time.

Urgent matters marked with alert: matters can be set up with an urgent alert to remind the approver to speed up.

Office staff is open and transparent: click cutoff time to see the office staff in charge of this matter.

A message alert will be sent when matter waiting to be done is done: the approver sends a message alert when this person receives a task waiting to be done; when the matter is done, the system sends an alert to the applicant.

Mobile and PC are seamlessly connected.

Service application is launched on your hand: simple affairs on PC may be launched on the we-chat end directly through we-chat enterprise number.

Affairs approval one-key jump: for the message waiting to be done in enterprise number, click and jump to approval page.

Application to approval seamlessly connected: requests launched on PC and Mobile end are seamlessly and in sync docked with approval. After requests are launched on PC, progress may be watched on Mobile end.
