To effectively prevent and control the pandemic of Covid-19, implement relevant requirements of primary response to Beijing Municipal major public health emergencies and finish pandemic daily information statistics work, our school fully takes advantage of informationization approaches and develops proliferation function of enterprise number under the uniform deployment of school leaders. In just a week, an information receiving and sending platform “Epidemic Prevention Communication” is developed and published online to play a positive role in having a scientific, quick and accurate grasp of epidemic prevention and control performed by our school’s faculty and staff.

To fill in data in a more convenient way for faculty and staff of different age groups and reduce the level of difficulty in authentication and software installation, Smart Campus Construction Center has the service platform of “Epidemic Prevention Communication” fitted into existing we-chat enterprise number in function module, therefore faculty and staff neither download and install any software nor does it take up desktop, and save cellphone storage space. All you need to do is to follow we-chat enterprise number, after ID authentication (No authentication is needed if you have followed), fill out information in “Epidemic Prevention Communication” in the module and submit it.
