This problem is caused by the following scenarios:

Scenario 1: You can pass Ruijie authentication, but cannot open a webpage. You may try if QQ can log on, if you can surf online by using QQ, then check if the DNS server is wrong on this computer.

Scenario 2: You can pass Ruijie authentication, but be it QQ or webpage, it does not work out. In this case check if your IP address is changed or not and check whether IP address is configured in a wrong way. (If there is IP conflict, this scenario may happen. You should check whether system column suggests IP conflict.

Try solutions for ARP attach: click “Begin-operate”, enter（arp -d）in a opened dialog box or click right to repair local connection. Remember that there are no brackets, no blank space between arp and -, and you may copy this command onto your computer.

It is the virus that destroys Internet structure (wonsock sub-units)

The solution is to use software which is the most effective method for repairing Internet structure. Its name is WinsockXPFiX. Open it, click “FIX” button, it will remind you, and after two steps, it is ok. After repairing Internet structure, computer will restart, (Remember: it is limited to static address. Re-setted computers need IP address to reconfigure setup, and write down IP address of this computer before the computer resets.
