Method 1: click left bottom corner in the computer to begin operation.

Enter cmd in operation and confirm, when a command prompt appears, enteripconfig/allin command prompt (like the following picture)

Method 2: double click local connection icon in the right bottom corner in thecomputer.        

Click“Support and Check Detailed Information”and find MAC address and IP dress (like the followingpicture).
